How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for skateboards?
We accept returns on unused and unmounted products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a skateboard deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Santa Cruz gear worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely based on personal preference and skating style. Generally, 7.5" to 8.0" decks are great for street skating, while 8.25" and up are preferred for transition, pools, and vert.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Are your decks covered under warranty?
Santa Cruz decks are warrantied against manufacturer defects such as delamination or structural failure. This does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage, or 'snapping' from improper landings.
